Understanding The Hegelian Dialectic/Principle By Mark Fairley of The Fuel Project: Know Your Enemy

In light of a few recent articles I thought since the "Hegelian Dialectic or Principle" has been mentioned by some of the videos recommended, that it would be good to share a video by Mark Fairley explaining what that means. Watch below:

view From A Christian: Videos Produced By Brother David Bass of Round Saturns Eye - His View On Donald Trump Thus Far

David Bass, a Christian from the UK, who produces some very informative videos about symbology, the New World Order, Illuminati.... all with from Biblical perspective has a few interesting videos to consider regarding recent events in our neighbouring country America. We are sharing this to offer another possible consideration regarding current events.
I share these because personally, I struggle with wanting to know what God's will is and to be alert and aware as we see Biblical prophecy continuing to unfold. Yes, there are many channels and  sites dealing with such topics but we feel based on what we have witnessed, that this particular channel is "safe" and reliable from a Biblical perspective. It is important to share sites we feel may help encourage as well as warn others on  behalf of our God.
This is intended to be a resource we recommend as Christians. Always trust Gd above any person and seek His Word and discernment in all things.

A video: Part 2 View From Above - A Canadian's Rant About The USA 2016 Election

Here is the second part of the video featured in the previous article...
Please note that these are just thoughts reflecting where I was at during the moment. Because I am always  seeking truth and insight into such topics, sometimes sites I support and conclusions I have drawn, often evolve and change based on whatever new information my research uncovers. Feel free to subscribe to be notified regarding any updates. Thanks for stopping by.
Couldn't contain it anymore. Here's part one of some thoughts, okay, a rant from This Canadian about what has happened since he USA's 2016 Election.

Christians And Government...What Does The Bible Say?

Unless you are living underwater somewhere, you know about recent current events. We are talking about one specific current event, the 2016 United Staes election. This event or more so, the outcome thus far, of this event,  has impacted our lives in a way I never imagined. My husband and I are born
Copyright 2016 by A. Berglund
and raised Canadians. We are truly blessed, and contrary to comments heard during the U.S. debates and commentaries during the 2016 election campaign, we are thankful for our healthcare system. Nothing is perfect, but we are able to access healthcare without worrying first about how much it may cost us. So I am still trying to understand the digs about our healthcare system. Oh well, this article isn't about healthcare anyway.

Back in the early eighties, when I was in high school, we were taught that when America sneezes, Canada catches the cold. Our teacher was helping us to understand the impact our neighbouring country has on our's. It wasn't until this recent election that I truly felt what he meant. Watching a country vote for a new leader and for the first time in my lifetime, being baffled by what we have been witnessing in just one month, before the new President has even been sworn in.
Sore Losers?
It has reminded my husband and I of ages ago, the times when we would play games with some family members and  friends ,who just could not accept anything but winning. They would try to cheat, might pout, even stomp their feet, overturn the game board, or just make a ruckus if they lost. In fact my husband has a colourful  story about one adult family member who lost to him in a pool match. Wanting it to just be a fun game, Craig explains how his loved family member, proceeded to scold him, adamant that he can not beat him in his own home. This was a full grown adult basically pouting, throwing a tantrum, reminiscent of what we have been witnessing this past month,  post election time. Playing with a sore loser is never fun. Perhaps it is why I would always feel bad if I won a game??!
Rooting For Someone
Wanting to understand the candidates and have an opinion on who may be the best candidate to root for (a total fleshly, human desire), we researched Hillary and Bill Clinton's history and present values and status. Being fans of Celebrity Apprentice and the original Apprentice program (again, for pure entertainment,  not ordained by God as far as we know), we were pretty familiar with Donald J Trump. Not that we agree with every view point of the the now President elect Trump, but once we gleaned all we could from our research, we felt that in no possible way could we "root" for the Clinton camp at all. Please research the Clinton Chronicles and the many other resources to see for yourself why we drew this conclusion. May God help them all.

As a result,  we cautiously watched and rooted for a Republican win. My husband was more wholehearted about supporting the Trump camp than I. We even watched all of the debates. Something we don't always do. It became clear to me, that he was the better choice since there was no way I could vote for the Democrats, if I lived in the USA. Mind you, there have been times when  no candidate where we are, would be my choice, resulting in rejecting my ballot. Personally, I can't vote for any person or party that endorses abortion. To some that is not a good reason to make a decision. Our choices are between us and God, so it is totally a choice between you and our Heavenly Father. Maybe I am wrong, but until I am directed otherwise, choosing Pro-Life parties/candidates matters most. Sadly, we are now pretty much left with no choices anymore....
Temper Tantrums?
Back to the election results....  We have a democratic government in Canada as well, and were raised to accept the results of an election REGARDLESS of the results. Of course, we have had plenty of election results we were't happy about, such as our own about a year ago. But, we trust that God has allowed who He has, to lead our country and pray accordingly.

We assumed that America would vote and the results would be accepted. Of course there would be disappointments and even sad people, but, respectfully, the baton would be passed on to the winner of the election right? Voting is a privilege is it not? Actually, a huge responsibility. Well, based on all we have seen and heard since the election night, November 8th, apparently democracy doesn't work the way we were taught or is it just in America? Yes, even though we were cautiously rooting for Trump, (praying for God's will),  we were shocked that Donald Trump won. Based on our research, we like many others believed the election was a done deal. We trusted that God did what looked like the impossible. The results were clear and overwhelming.

Sadly, to date the results are being treated as if the vote didn't even count.
For us it has been baffling and mind boggling. Never before in North America, have we witnessed  such rebellion against an election result before. We get that people may not be happy, but never imagined such rebellion and disrespect toward an election result. Everything from hostile protesters, repeated assassination threats toward the new President elect (with no real consequences), mainstream media presenting purposeful, false information...accusations that Russia "made" Trump win through hacking the computer system, talk about "fake news" versus "Real news??!" The apparent censoring of alternate media sites with contrary views, propaganda public service announcements, talking as if Americans do not know what they are doing pleading with a handful of College Electorals to turn the results around,  by voting their conscience (see below for that video) ...All very disturbing... Thankfully, God is clear in His Word about how believers are to be toward our leaders.

What Does God Want Us To Do?
It is easy to get caught up in all this confusion and kookiness, it is why I will leave it at that and share just a few Scriptures in God's Word,  about how we should be toward our leaders. We are called to pray for our government and leaders, not defy them...

[Rom 13:1-2 KJV] 1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

[1Pe 2:13-18 KJV] 13  Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; 14 Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. 15 For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: 16 As free, and not using [your] liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God. 17 Honour all [men]. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king. 18 Servants, [be] subject to [your] masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward.

[1Ti 6:1-2 KJV] 1 Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and [his] doctrine be not blasphemed. 2 And they that have believing masters, let them not despise [them], because they are brethren; but rather do [them] service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.

[Eph 6:5-10 KJV] 5 Servants, be obedient to them that are [your] masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; 6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; 7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men: 8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether [he be] bond or free. 9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him. 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

Of course if a government demands us to do something that is contrary to God's Word, then we always put His will first. It is why there are many countries where Christians have been imprisoned and executed - they love Jesus Christ first and foremost.

Fake News? Real News? Our TRUE God Trumps All!

Many of us can remember asking questions or may still ask ones like: Is God Real? What is the meaning of life? What about life after death? Struggling with the meaning of life for me had begun as far back as I can remember. I don't know if it was because a Doctor told my mom in front of me, (I was about seven or eight years old) that I would be dead by the time I was twenty, due to a neuromuscular disease that would eventually render my muscles wasted away enough, that I'd be unable to fight off pneumonia. (Thankfully, even Doctor's are unable to know what only God does!)  Regardless, it doesn't matter what prompted my "meaning of life thoughts."  What matters most to me is that I had them and as a result, I was set free from the depths of despair and fear of death! All of my queries would be answered. Fear of death and the unknown had lifted as if a full sized elephant was lifted off of my being.

[1Co 15:51-58 KJV] 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where [is] thy sting? O grave, where [is] thy victory? 56  The sting of death [is] sin; and the strength of sin [is] the law. 57 But thanks [be] to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

Reason To Fear
As I watch what's happening around the world, I find myself saying to friends that if I was not a Christian right now, I would be terrified. In fact there are folks that I know who prefer to stay unaware current events, because it's too much to bear. No doubt, with all that is going on these days, terrorism, strange weather events, mass animal and ocean life deaths, celestial events, civil unrest, wars and rumors of wars all over, pestilences and diseases, moral decay, and worst of all, parts of the world living in utter Godlessness...no doubt, the temptation to slip back into my 1979 mode is a good reason to fear.

There I was, alone in my bedroom, in 1979 or so, residing in a residential institution for children living with physical disabilities, away from my family, anxiously listening to the news on the radio. The announcer announcing that Russia was invading Afghanistan. and I believe there was talk about the United States of America's possible intervention or some such thing.
Growing up very aware of what nuclear bombs could do and the Cold War tensions between Russia and America, I was petrified that World War 3 was around the corner, that a nuke could easily drop down through our Canadian skies! It may sound silly to some to hear the ramblings of a young teenage girl, quaking in her slippers about imminent war and inevitable death.
For me, it was a legitimate fear. Being far away from my Dad's assurances like I had so many times during girlhood, now, left alone with my thoughts and the radio, where my imagination knew no bounds.
Dad was the one I always would turn to in a heartbeat, seeking reassurance and understanding. Over and over, fear of death and dying by whatever means, back even when I was about six or seven, I would plead with Dad, making him promise that there would be no World War Three, no hurricanes, no tornadoes, no earthquakes and such. A lot my poor earthly Dad had to commit to for one wee little girl, but, he did! Thanks Dad for your assurance, I know now that all of that is in my Heavenly Father's Hands, but He blessed me with an earthly Dad (that's you!) to ease a little girl's serious fears just when she needed it most! :o) Thank you that you never laughed or made fun of me for them.

And now here I am almost 30 years later, watching, hearing, and reading the same news, very real news, just as everyone else. And yes, the temptation to be fearful pounds on my door.
Thankfully, I am greatly reassured with our Sure Hope, knowing something now what I did not know back then… or should I say knowing some ONE that I did not know back then, that we have nothing to fear when we place our hope in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

[Rom 8:24-25 KJV] 24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? 25 But if we hope for that we see not, [then] do we with patience wait for [it].
Never one to just believe something because it makes me feel warm and fuzzy, I can tell you with great assurance that no matter what happens on this planet or in your tiny little room, wherever you are, that Jesus Christ is more real than what you can see with your own eyes and hear with your ears and touch with your fingertips! I can tell you this as a skeptic, cynic, one who seeks evidence and proof  before ascribing to anything, that He is Alive and Real. Nothing fake about Jesus Christ! If you are reading this, I trust that He is knocking at the door of your heart, just as He once did my husband's and mine. You have the opportunity to be set free from fear of death and the gift of knowing what life is all about, the ability to discern between what is real and what is fake.
[1Jo 5:11-14 KJV] 11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 He that hath the Son hath life; [and] he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. 13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
Nothing To Lose, Everything To Gain....
You have nothing to lose by crying out to HIM. He knows what you're thinking, how are you are feeling, what your hopes and dreams are, and he even knows every wretched horrible sinful thoughts or acts that we have done and may do  again. It would take pages to document the wretched life that Jesus Christ saved me from.
about.

We offer you Thee One and Only Sure Hope, to all who seek Truth. Whether are you are afraid, unsure, lost, confused, alone, lonely…  seeking the answers to life,  There is an absolute Truth - Sure Hope, Jesus Christ. Cry out to Him. He loves you more than you can ever know.

[Isa 40:31 KJV] 31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint.

[Jhn 3:15-22 KJV] 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. 22 After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he tarried with them, and baptized.

[Jhn 6:32-40 KJV] 32 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. 33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. 34 Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. 35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. 36 But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not. 37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. 38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. 39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Peace, Even In A Storm...Be Encouraged

Today is the culmination of months and months and month, of the most unconventional political campaign we have ever witnessed. For the first time in my life and my husband's we have been paying close attention to the American Presidential race. Nope, not since I ran as a candidate in our provincial election about 22 years ago, have I watched an entire political debate, we watched almost all three of the Trump Clinton debates, along with commentaries, highlights and analysis'. We both feel that the Republicans are the party we would support.
Why? Why would be so interested in this election? Well, aside from the obvious, Canada shares a border with America. In fact our city is about fourty miles from their border. My old high school teacher illustrated it best. Way back when, Mr. Nurmi, our geography teacher, told us that when America sneezes, Canada catches a cold. It was a statement made over thirty years ago, that made an impression on my then, young mind. It was one of the only things that stuck with me. He helped me to understand the impact the United States of America has on Canada. Interestingly, back then it was also about two years before the infamous North American Free Trade Agreement commenced, a subject mentioned during this campaign by Donald Trump. Anyhoo, it makes sense for Canadians to care about what our neighbour is up to....

I spent hours trying to write about where my head is at regarding this election and too much keeps coming up. Since it only makes reading more confusing it is best to focus on encouraging anyone who is concerned about the election results with God's Word.
Only God knows how this will all go.

[1Th 5:1-11 KJV] 1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye

We want to be reminded about what God's
Word says to edify and encourage each other with His Word,
have no need that I write unto you. 2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as [do] others; but let us watch and be sober. 7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. 8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. 9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. 11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

A Monarchist....
Last week I heard something that touched my heart about how to view all this. A godly man named Chuck Missler was a guest on Skywatch TV and when asked something about who he supports to be president, he responded with words that caused a big Amen to come out of my heart! Chuck said (and I paraphrase), I am neither republican nor democrat, I am a Monarchist waiting for the King Of Kings to return. We know God's Word tells us to:
[Rom 13:1-8 NLT] Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God. 2 So anyone who rebels against authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and they will be punished. 3 For the authorities do not strike fear in people who are doing right, but in those who are doing wrong. Would you like to live without fear of the authorities? Do what is right, and they will honor you. 4 The authorities are God's servants, sent for your good. But if you are doing wrong, of course you should be afraid, for they have the power to punish you. They are God's servants, sent for the very purpose of punishing those who do what is wrong. 5 So you must submit to them, not only to avoid punishment, but also to keep a clear conscience. 6 Pay your taxes, too, for these same reasons. For government workers need to be paid. They are serving God in what they do. 7 Give to everyone what you owe them: Pay your taxes and government fees to those who collect them, and give respect and honor to those who are in authority. 8 Owe nothing to anyone--except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God's law.

End Times Warning
[Mat 24:2-51 KJV] 2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. 3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what [shall be] the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all [these things] must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 All these [are] the beginning of sorrows. 9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. 10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. 15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: 17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: 18  Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. 19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. 23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here [is] Christ, or there; believe [it] not. 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 25 Behold, I have told you before. 26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, [he is] in the secret chambers; believe [it] not. 27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. 32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer [is] nigh: 33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, [even] at the doors. 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. 35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. 36 But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 37 But as the days of Noe [were], so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 41 Two [women shall be] grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. 43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. 44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. 45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? 46 Blessed [is] that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. 47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. 48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; 49 And shall begin to smite [his] fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; 50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for [him], and in an hour that he is not aware of, 51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint [him] his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

SURE HOPE IN DARK TIMES....HOPE IN ALL TIMES

It has been difficult keeping posted on current event these days. Not that is isn't always that way. But, if you know what has been happening worldwide over the last days, weeks and months, it is hard to watch and listen to everything. My husband and I have rest and peace because of what God's inerrant Word tells us. Without Him, we wouldn't be able to handle life on this earth the way things are. We are warned ahead of time in the Bible that it isn't going to get better. In other words things will worsen before all can be awesome. If you know Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, you already know that even though we may be brought to tears watching the news, and even feel the temptation to be afraid of what might happen...God reminds you through His Words to not lose heart.
If you do not know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, then you most likely might be feeling the fear and dread that I once battled as a child on through the first twenty years of life. All dread melted away and an indescribable peace has been in my heart ever since. Yes, I do struggle with tempting fears, especially during times like these. But thankfully, we have God's Truth to let us know beyond all doubt, that even death itself no longer has any sting.
If you are seeking Sure Hope and Truth or just need a reminder of all we have in Christ, here are just a few of many verses to help us find rest in Him. Seek and ye shall find, knock and the door will be opened unto you....

[Rev 21:3-8 KJV] 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God [is] with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, [and be] their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. 5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. 6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. 7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

[Zep 3:17 KJV] 17 The LORD thy God in the midst of thee [is] mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

MANDELA EFFECT? CHANGED BIBLES?? ALTERNATE TIME LINES?

Warning, as God's inerrant Word tells us, believers are in a spiritual, not a physical battle, 24/7.
[Eph 6:10-18 KJV] 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places]. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
[2Co 10:3-5 NASB] 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, 4 for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. 5 We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ,

With that in mind, and based on researching what others are saying - that God's Word has been altered. I don't mean because of other translations, but they believe in some bizarre, mind boggling conspiracy called the "Mandela Effect."
What is that, you ask? Okay, hang on to your seat for this one. In the past weeks, I have been noticing a phrase that keeps appearing on the internet....
"The Mandela Effect." It is apparently called this because of a lady and I assume others, remember that the history making man, Nelson Mandela, died in prison and some other variant memories. Remembering not what actually happened. Click here to see who he was.
The basic definition for the "Mandela Effect" is when a lot of people remember actual events and details, differently than they really happened or are. They all remember the exact same way, which makes many belive that they must be remembering an alternative reality. If I lost you, I don't blame you. I first saw something about this a year or so ago, when I read that some were claiming that the children's book The"Berenstain Bears," was originally called the "Berenstein Bears." People were actually claiming that some how, we went back in time and our timeline was altered. Or CERN, where the Large Hadron Collider apparently, is apparently, being used to open up dimensions beyond the third one. Sounds crazy I know, but the scientists in CERN have actually stated that these are some of their goals. When I hear all this, I think Star Trek and Back To The Future. Maybe that will help some understand.
At first, I just left the topic alone, because I remember the books said Berenstain. I got to read them to my adorable nephew. It wasn't until recently when I saw more and more about this "Mandela Effect." So I thought, maybe it was time to learn what it is. Out of curiosity of course. Well, it turns out there are Christians as well, who are saying that not just famous phrases, movie titles, and brand names or company logos have been messed with but, the Christian Bible has also been altered. Some are even saying this "effect" is showing up, more and more each day!  Oh and movie lines that many of us remember to be one way, such as..."Luke, I am your father." But when the movie is watched, in reality Darth Vader says....

Why am I even talking about all this mind boggling stuff, here? The individuals I watched started to sound so convincing, I had to give my head a shake. One video after another and before I knew it, I was not agreeing with every word but, the Star Wars reference among some others, did remember differently in my mind also. Could it be possible? After all, I do believe in more than just the dimensions we can see. I do believe in God and all His Word says.
I was slipping into the rabbit hole... What pulled me out however, was actually looking up that actual Bible verses have been altered. My husband and I have concluded, that such things are obvious distraction attempts by our adversary, the Devil.
When we looked up the verses mentioned, it was obvious that these poor folks, ourselves included,  are remembering certain Bible references and seeing them as changed, in english. But we didn't realize that many of these verses are written the way we all remember them, to some degree. But, are actually contained in other areas of Scripture, written in a different way.
Even the Lord's prayer that many of us recited in school, according to all of us, once said, "Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us..." The belief is now, that it was changed from trespasses to debts and debtors. The truth is, the prayer we all learned, was not taken word for word out of one specific english translation. It was always trespasses in the public prayer and in the majority of English versions, the word for sin is debt. So if we don't know things like that, of course it might seem like the Bible has been changed in some bizarre way.
Another verse some think has been altered has to do with the Lion and the Lamb lying down together. They say wolves now replace lions. The Bible has never said the Lion and Lamb will lie down together.
Here are the actual verses that many believe have been changed from Lion to Wolf/wolves...turns out  these verses have said Wolf/Wolves all along.
[Isa 11:9 KJV] 9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
[Isa 65:25 NET] 25 A wolf and a lamb will graze together; a lion, like an ox, will eat straw, and a snake's food will be dirt. They will no longer injure or destroy on my entire royal mountain," says the LORD.
And here is the pair of verses that refer to Jesus as being The Lion and The Lamb, but in separate sentences.
[Rev 5:5-6 NET] 5 Then one of the elders said to me, "Stop weeping! Look, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has conquered; thus he can open the scroll and its seven seals." 6 Then I saw standing in the middle of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the middle of the elders, a Lamb that appeared to have been killed. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.

This article is intended to just be a reminder to those of us who like to research, to be wise and do not believe everything you read or hear if it is not in God's Word. Click here to see this great Bible reference tools online. And of course PRAY for discernment, asking God what is from Him, what is not. Ask for His Truth to be revealed to you.
There are a large variety of Bible translations as well, with variant words, but the meaning is usually the same. I can understand why many stick to the King James Authorized Bible translation. We have been in Bible Studies where, usually the NASB has a rare verse that presents a contrary . The meaning though is generally the same. When in doubt, use Greek and Hebrew Lexicons and Strong's Concordance.
God Never Changes Himself or His Word, Take A Look..
[Mat 24:35 KJV] 35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
[Mar 13:31 KJV] 31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
[Psa 12:6-7 KJV] 6 The words of the LORD [are] pure words: [as] silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. 7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.
[Heb 13:8-9 NET] 8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever! 9 Do not be carried away by all sorts of strange teachings. For it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, not ritual meals, which have never benefited those who participated in them.
[Num 23:19-20 KJV] 19 God [is] not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do [it]? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? 20 Behold, I have received [commandment] to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it.
[Mal 3:6 KJV] 6 For I [am] the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
[Rev 22:18-19 KJV] 18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and [from] the things which are written in this book.

More Of God's Warnings About False Teachings And Warfare
[1Pe 5:8-10 NASB] 8 Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 9 But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world. 10 After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you.
[Luk 10:19-20 NASB] 19 "Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you. 20 "Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven."
[1Jo 3:7-8 NASB] 7 Little children, make sure no one deceives you; the one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous; 8 the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil.
[Gal 5:16-17 NLT] 16 So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won't be doing what your sinful nature craves. 17 The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions.
One More Thing...
Once I considered the other claims about logos, company names and Movie/Book titles being changed, I was reminded about how easy it is to have false memories. Click here to see an article about this subject.
I know it sounds offensive to those who really believe in this alternate reality stuff, but the more I thought about what some of these claims, the more, it became clear that I had not heard or read it right in the first place! Hard to believe, but true. Here is one video, I checked out. A well meaning fellow. It is easy to get caught up in straying thoughts and ideas...

JUST SAYING NO....BULLIES and BOUNDARIES

Here is a great article that has a great audio portion you can listen to at the top of the page by Sue Bohlin, she is talking about setting Boundaries with family members and such, which works well for any relationship.
The Great audio is at the top of the page- click here.
Lots of great godly wisdom. I got a lot out of her words...
Anyone struggling with family and even families where there are controlling and manipulative people. If you grew up thinking like me, I thought it was wrong to say no to anyone no matter what. That even meant I actually didn't even think I could say "no!" or report anyone who bullied me. Needless to say, the first incident that hit my heart first (that I remember first) was about in grade one...my good friend (or so I thought), and I were leaning against the hallway wall and suddenly she shoved me and down I plopped, straight to the floor! I looked up at her with great pain and shock inside, but didn't say a word. When she stated to our teacher, "Anita fell!" My mouth still stayed shut, and I absorbed the inner wound and it kind of set in motion the next few decades of how I would deal with bullies and those who like to try to control others.
As the next few years carried on, I must say eventually, the fear increased so much I began telling my Mom who'd report it to the principal. Sadly, no one said anything to me about it not being my fault, there are lots of crazy incidents between then and then, but all that time I did believe I must deserve it.
Not Deserved
Bullying those who appear "different" than the "norm," is tragically common in the school system. If you are bullied or have a child living with a disability of any type, please make sure they know that they never deserve to be bullied, that the one bullying has the problems and to report it right away to someone they trust. It can leave deep false beliefs inside your heart.
I spent my teen and early adult years, letting others "do" things to me that were not right, because I was too scared of being rejected. Never thinking I could say no. My fear of rejection and displeasing others, lead to a life of compromise and truly believing I had NO choice to say "no," or draw a boundary line. Turns out that was not true. Glad I know now!!

Also Here's a video by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend, who co-wrote the BOUNDARIES book that I really enjoyed.
